This Dish VIP612 Network DVR Receiver was purchased (not leased) by me & was recently in use in my home as part of a 2 Dish receiver, 2 TV set-up. But I downsized to 1 Dish receiver, so this receiver is no longer needed. It is in perfect working condition.
