Program Manager - Information Services

Project and Process Management, Provide leadership and guidance for the use of NMHC standardproject management and process improvement methodologies.  Manage project lifecycle of initiate, plan, execute, close, complete projects including IT value measurement definition. Assists in the organizational development and enhancement of project / process management competence.  Develop educational, coaching and mentoring programs necessary to support the adoption of NMHC project and process methodologies.  Leads comprehensive planning efforts necessary to establish measure, enhance andreport organizational management performance.  Participate in regular project review meetings where status on milestone performance, issues, project changes andbudgets are communicated. Establish and execute effective and efficient communication mechanisms which enable continuous exchange of ideas and information, regulation / project developments among team members, NMHC Executives (sponsors) and vendor partners. Selects and / or establishes the necessary policies, methodologies, procedures and practices to support process and project managers. Establish and maintain effective communications within theProject Management Office and broader organizationreport program and project status.  Provide assessment andreport of overallportfolio performance to various executive groups. Leads selection and / or development of appropriate organizational standards for software tools necessary to support successfulproject management,budgetreporting and resource allocation. Leads development and maintenance of appropriate projectinfrastructure, tools and/or methods necessary to communicate and coordinate project detail and status. Ensure the development and management of individual projectbudgets; serve as a primary resource to individual project leaders forbudget planning, particularly the annual capital planning and submission process. Demonstrate the ability to work with the technical and applications teams to develop project tasks, work effortrequired for these tasks, and define a workschedule with planneddates. Demonstrate the ability to 'get things done', effectively directing the execution of the project office function to support the achievement of successful, on time and onbudget delivery of IT commitments. Demonstrate the ability to deal with the changing environment and to lead / facilitate and manage change efficiently and effectively where appropriate. Conduct process assessments, identifying non-value added activities.  Develop and execute plans to improve these processes using NMHC process improvement methodologies (DMAIC). Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character with demonstrated high moral, ethical behavior. Participate in and / or support relevant IT benchmarking, survey and specific research activities as well as subject matter related educational seminars andevents. Support the development of executive level presentations that are related to initiatives. Beresponsible for understanding vendorcontracts with NMHC to ensure vendor compliance to projectschedules,contractual agreements and compliance with NMHC standards.  Maintain central file of active vendorcontracts. Participate in the NMHC capital and operatingbudget planning process.  Proficient knowledge ofbudget preparation,budget management andbudget change control. AA/EOERequired: Minimum requirement of BachelorDegree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field. Minimum 8years experience in healthcare and/or information systems. Cumulative of 6 years of leadership and / or project managementexperience. Demonstrated capability to manage projects with budgets in excess of $1,000,000. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated process improvement skills. Demonstrated budget management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills. Proven leadership skills leading a diverse group of technology professionals. Experience working with and negotiating with external vendors. Experience working with and negotiating vendor contracts.  Desired: Healthcare background. Masters in related field preferred. 0046232

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
