6K a year Donation Attendants are responsible for completing the intake of donated goods from donors, and most duties are performed at the Store Donation Door.
The position includes:
greeting donors and assisting them with donation drop-offs identifying high-quality items to be sold through Goodwill E-Commerce politely declining donations of items in unsalable condition or on prohibited lists preparing donation receipts for donors, as needed sorting of donations into areas and categories as determined by Store Manager and Department Manager selecting, hanging and pricing of these goods prior to store display in the store sales area preparing rejected goods for disposal as assigned maintaining a neat, safe, organized and clean assigned workspace at all times Qualifications The donation attendant is an entry-level position.
Candidates must have:
ability to sort goods and materials to be sold in the Goodwill stores as directed knowledge/ability to identify high-quality or valuable items appropriate for Goodwill E-Commerce ability to lift up to 50lbs ability to perform job duties independently and without constant supervision ability to use assigned tools and equipment:
transports, pallet jacks, dollies, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
